My Story

G’day! Thank you for visiting my site!

My name is Sebastian. I’m an amateur photographer, and astrophotographer, and I love capturing the beauty nature has to offer day in and night out.

I originally fell in love with the night sky while spending summers out in Long Island, NY. Growing up in a somewhat light polluted area, I had never witnessed such big clear skies before being out there. It rubbed off on me and I’ve been a big sky chaser ever since.

I made the decision to buy a telescope (or ‘time machine’) and was able to see the moons of Jupiter, the rings of Saturn, and the Orion Nebula. I loved the feeling of being able to unlock the universe from my backyard. Over time, I developed a craving to capture what I was seeing as well in order to be able to share it with others. This sparked my interest in photography.

I did some research, bought a camera, and voilà!
